Web Developer/Designer – Project Manager

I’m a creative individual focused on user experience (UX), user interface (UI), product design, and digital marketing. Heavily influenced by my past travels, music, urban streets, photography, and random moments of life. I’ve been freelancing & collaborating with Vicki Nye Graphic Design, LLC since September 2016. I obtained my Web & Digital Design Certificate at PACE University and have enjoyed every opportunity since.

I trained first as a designer, then learned to develop for web and have been creating custom WordPress websites since 2015. Being a web developer and a project manager is beneficial since both skills are important when creating designs and deciding how they will be built. Finding the right mix between a great design and the usability of a site is a challenge I enjoy.

Specializing in front end development, I have experience with all stages of the web development life cycle. I have a strong background in project, program, portfolio management and customer relations.

For 2 years I volunteered at Pace University as a trainer assistant for the Dual Adobe Web & Digital Graphic Design certificate course which is part of one of their Continuing and Professional Education (CPE) program. In this program I assisted and advised students with issues or questions about class exercise(s) and project assignments while utilizing Adobe Creative Cloud software tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, InDesign, Edge Animate, Muse, Bridge and Acrobat PDF).

As an experienced IT / Cyber Security Project Manager for some of the top Fortune Global 500 companies (Banking sector) where I’ve been responsible for various small and large projects and programs as well as operational support; I can proficiently utilized numerous transferable skills to benefit web development projects.
