THE CHALLENGE

Initial Branding and Growth

BrightView, a company dedicated to helping people with substance use disorder, initially engaged us when they had only two centers open. Over the course of five  years, we developed a robust brand identity that aligned with their mission and goals as they began expanding their reach.

Rebranding Transition

After achieving significant growth, BrightView was acquired by an investment firm. A new agency was brought in to rebrand the company, while we continued to support BrightView for an additional year. The challenge was to maintain brand consistency during this transitional phase and effectively apply the new branding guidelines across their expanded network of over 90 centers across 7 states.

THE SOLUTION

Brand Support and Integration

During the rebranding process, we provided extensive support to ensure the seamless integration of the new brand identity across BrightView’s expanded footprint:

  • Brand Consistency: Collaborated closely with the new agency to understand and implement the updated brand guidelines. This ensured consistency across all materials while accommodating the growth and diversity of BrightView’s service locations.
  • Marketing Collateral: Updated and redesigned various marketing materials to reflect the new brand identity across multiple locations. This included digital assets, print materials, and signage for each center.
  • Internal and External Communication: Facilitated internal communication to educate staff across all centers about the new brand guidelines. We also updated external communication channels, such as the website and promotional materials, to align with the rebranded identity.
  • Expansion Acknowledgment: Highlighted BrightView’s growth from two centers to over 80 across 7 states, emphasizing their commitment to expanding access to substance use disorder treatment while maintaining a unified brand presence.

THE OUTCOME

Our collaboration during the rebranding process ensured that BrightView successfully transitioned to a new brand identity while acknowledging their significant growth. By aligning the brand across a diverse network of centers, we helped strengthen BrightView’s position in the community and reinforce their dedication to providing accessible and compassionate care for individuals struggling with substance use disorder.
